Almost at the starting line - on Wednesday we got one estimate and closed on the refinancing... which will get us halfway to paying for that first estimate. We meet with the other builder tomorrow.

In the meantime I found another pinhole leak, probably my eighth but then I've lost count. The destruction from these leaks was the impetus behind this whole project, but how we went so long with that refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen I'll never know.
