The Silophone Search Engine

I got hip to the fabulous Montréal Silophone in early 2001. Two years later I was happy to discover that the site was still working, but I got tired paging through years of entries to find the audio clips I'd uploaded long before.

So I cooked up this search engine. Enjoy.

Step 1: Tune into the Silophone here - click on the little sound wave icon in the lower left-hand corner (requires RealAudio).

Step 2: Search by audio clip name or author.

Step 3: Select a clip from the list returned from the database. Click "play".

Step 4: Wait a bit - the silo will queue & play the clip, complete with booming natural reverb.
